The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act along with other economic forces will dramatically change the way hospitals and physicians work with one another. To help measure that change,
in partnership with Press Ganey is conducting an industry-wide survey on hospital-physician relations. This survey will examine the state of relations between hospitals and their employed physicians and how those relations may change in the future.
Modern Healthcare is conducting its fifth annual survey of patient satisfaction measurement firms. This survey is intended for U.S. patient-satisfaction measurement firms that analyze various sectors of the healthcare industry.
To participate in this survey, please send an e-mail to Rebecca Mielcarski. Be sure to include the name of the company you represent along with your direct contact information.
Completed surveys are due Oct. 25 by 5 p.m. Central, with selected results to appear in the Dec. 6 issue of Modern Healthcare.

2010 Healthcare Purchasing Power Survey
Modern Healthcare is conducting its third annual survey of major employers to see how much is spent providing healthcare benefits and services to their employees. This survey is intended for companies with at least $1 billion in U.S. annual revenue. Government entities are not eligible for participation in this survey.
To participate, please download the questionnaire and send it in as directed on the form.
Completed surveys are due Sept. 20 by 5 p.m. Central, with selected results to appear in the Nov. 15 issue of Modern Healthcare.
